About Us

OUR STORY

Friends of Jordan Festivals (FJF) was established in March 2010 by a group of individuals passionate about the arts, music, and their country, Jordan.

The binding ambition was to place Jordan as a premier cultural destination with its unique setting of open air musical and theater performances amidst its rich archeological heritage and World Heritage sites.

OUR LOGO

Friends of Jordan Festivals” new logo and branding reflects this successful evolution. The new symbol is a plant motif found in Islamic architecture, and lifted from Umayyad Palaces found in Jordan.

The colours of blue and grey, stable and strong, represent a determination to see FJF ambitions realized, and in bringing people together with a common love of culture, music and the performing arts.
